The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the CBD. Having the free tram just steps away made getting around so easy. The staff greeted me with warmth each time, and they were accommodating when I needed help lifting my bags. The room itself was clean, with a decent-sized TV and a quiet environment despite being in a busy area. the bathroom setup felt cramped, especially with a shower separated only by a curtain. It felt awkward using the small space, particularly when it came to organizing toiletries. the breakfast options were quite limited, with pancakes sometimes stuck in the machine. I had high hopes for a more varied menu. The lifts were also unreliable, one being out of order during my stay, which turned into a hassle at peak times.

The bed in the Standard Queen Room was super comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep amidst Melbourne's bustling CBD.

The air conditioning unit struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, which detracted from the overall comfort of the stay.

The room had huge twin beds that were surprisingly comfy. Also loved the fridge and kettle for quick snacks. The shower had great water pressure but could’ve used a bit more space around the sink. I could hear the tram noise at night, which was a bit distracting, but not a total dealbreaker. WiFi was solid, and I appreciated the bag storage after checkout.
